The following is a list of heating oil tank service providers who have entered into a Service Provider Agreement with the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency (PLIA) and meet the minimum requirements to perform corrective action under the Heating Oil Insurance Program. Corrective action includes: excavation; sampling and testing, remedial actions, site restoration; and submittal of required reports to PLIA. These service providers have agreed to comply with the program’s terms and conditions and are not PLIA employees.
PLIA does not promote or endorse any service provider or any warranty of work.
In selecting a service provider, be advised that work performed is between you and the service provider. PLIA does not resolve conflicts between registrants and service providers. Before hiring a service provider, please review the Department of Labor & Industries’ consumer guide regarding hiring a contractor.
