Make a Financial Assurance Program Enrollment Fee Payment

Participants in the Financial Assurance Program must pay an annual enrollment fee for each enrolled UST. The enrollment fee or initial payment under an agreed upon payment plan is due when the enrollment agreement is signed. You can contact PLIA’s Finance Team to establish a payment plan. PLIA’s Finance Team can be reached by calling 1-800-822-3905 or by emailing Finance@plia.wa.gov.

Once PLIA has deemed an applicant eligible for the Financial Assurance Program, the agency will send an enrollment contract for the applicant to sign. After signing, the applicant submits payment for the fee.

You can now submit online payments for your program enrollment fees.

Fee payments can also be made in the form of a check or money order. Cash is not accepted. Send checks or money orders to:

Washington State Pollution Liability Insurance Agency
PO Box 40930
Olympia, WA 98504-0930

For any mailed payment, please include the Financial Assurance Program application number for the enrolled UST to which the payment should be applied.

Please note: Coverage under the Financial Assurance Program will not begin until PLIA signs the enrollment contract – after receiving fee payment – and sends the applicant a Certificate of Assurance.
