Announcements

  • 5/19/2023: If you would like to receive email updates regarding Engrossed Substitute House Bill 1175, please let us know at rules@plia.wa.gov or through our contact form.
  • 5/15/2023: The application for the Heating Oil Loan and Grant Program is now open. To apply, please log in to PLIA’s Online Community and then fill out the application. If you are new to the Online Community, please first set up a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account to gain access by following these steps. Applications will be accepted from May 15 to June 29, 2023. Please contact Marissa Klumpp with any questions.
  • The PLIA Book Quarterly Report has been updated and reflects Program metrics through March 2023.
  • PLIA offers language interpretation services for our customers and partners at no charge. Please let us know when contacting us. Documents in other languages are listed on our Translated Documents page.

News Releases

This presentation covered PLIA’s heating oil programs and how our agency can assist residential property owners with the environmental cleanup from a heating oil tank release.

Outreach

Quick Stop#4, Longview, WA (PDF)

Quick Stop#4 is a family-owned and operated convenience store and gas station in Longview, Washington. The owners received a loan award of $700,000. Loan dollars funded the installation of a new, 22,000 gallon fiberglass tank, double wall piping, a new canopy, and an electric vehicle charging station to be installed in 2022.

Seaview Mobil, Seaview, WA (PDF)

Seaview Mobil, a gas station and convenience store, is located in Pacific County, Washington. The owners received a loan award of $630,000 which paid for the removal of two tanks, closure of one tank in place, and the installation of one new, 23,000 gallon fiberglass tank. Upgrades included installation of an electric vehicle charging station.

This presentation covered PLIA’s UST Loan & Grant Program and funding opportunities for electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
